1.Definition of personal information

5. External provision or provision to a third party of personal information

The Company does not provide personal information to a third party except outsourcing in the above in principle. If personal information is exceptionally provided to a third party, consent by the customer is obtained in advance without failure. However, information may be disclosed without obtaining customer’s consent in the following cases.

1) According to laws and ordinances. 2) It is necessary to protect someone’s life, body, or property and is difficult to obtain consent from the individual. 3) Cooperation is requested by a national agency, local government, etc., and performance of duties might be interfered by obtaining the individual’s consent.

6. Disclosure, complaint, consultation, etc.

In the case that suspension of disclosure, correction or utilization as well as suspension of provision to a third party (if relevant), deletion, etc. is desired in regards to personal information entrusted to the Company, or if there are claims or questions, please notify the contact window described below. Procedures, etc. required to request disclosure are promptly notified as well. We properly respond to such request in accordance with laws and ordinances upon confirming that the relevant personal information relates to the individual.

7. Proper management of personal information

The Company manages personal information obtained from a customer by assigning a custodian, and takes strict measures to prevent illegal access, loss, destruction, falsification, leakage, etc. of personal information. At the same time, it strives for proper management of personal information to maintain its accuracy.

8. Revision of the policy on personal information

The Company may review each of the above articles as necessary and revise all or part of them. If revised, customers shall be promptly notified on the Website accordingly.
