Tamagawa Holdings, Co., Ltd. (hereafter “We”) acquired the certification of “DX Certified Business Owner” designated by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry as of April 1, 2021.

DX Certification System is where the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) certifies the business owners which have already performed formulation of visions and preparation of strategies and system to promote DX (digital transformation), and our group have acquired the certification as our efforts including management vision and strategies for promotion of DX satisfy the certification criteria by METI in both fields of the “electronic/communication device business” and “renewable energy business” we have been developing and also as we have properly disclosed information to the stakeholders.

Our group has established our corporate policy as “for the future of people and earth” and have developed two very important fields for Japan’s future, that are “advanced communication technology” and “renewable energy development.” While the external environment surrounding us has drastically changed recently due to rapid digitalization affected by epidemic of the infectious disease, climate change, frequent occurrence and aggravation of natural disasters, we will establish the solid status as a company to promote DX and achieve “smart city” and “decarbonizing society.”

In the electronic/communication device business, we uphold the vision to promote in the fields of disaster prevention, environment and medical treatment of cities and achieve smart cities and decarbonizing society by development and technology of electronic/communication devices and systems based on the cutting-edge “analogue high frequency technology” which is essential for 5G superhigh speed and large volume communication. We aim for contributing promotion of DX all over Japan by share expansion of local 5G related fields by leveraging the business partnerships.

In the renewable energy business, we uphold the vision to spread the renewable energy system using digital technologies built in the electronic/communication device business and to reduce greenhouse gas and achieve the decarbonizing society.

DX Certification System is the system where the government certifies companies which comply with the basic matters of “Digital Governance Code” specified by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry based on the “Act to Revise a Part of the Act on Facilitation of Information Processing” enforced on May 15, 2020.
